The view and the location are great. The kitchen is well equipped.
There were a few sightings of roaches in the kitchen area. The refrigerator had a bad smell. So we had to clean it and place baking soda in it and the freezer.

The unit was comfortable, clean, spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped. The view from the balcony was amazing, and the pool is the best.
We loved Beach Resort 316 and it worked perfectly for our family on this trip, but the description is a bit misleading. It states that there are 3 bedrooms when in reality there are 2 plus a bunkroom, which does not have a door. It is very close to the living area, so if someone were planning on using this area as a bedroom, it would be difficult. The space worked for us as we were able to work out another sleeping arrangement for the 3 year old child we had planned on putting in that bedroom. However if we had needed the bedroom, it would have been disappointing and impacted the comfort of our stay. I simply suggest that it is made more clear in the description regarding this 3rd sleeping space.
