Welcome to Leeward Key 701! This four-bedroom, three-bathroom Miramar Beach vacation condo sleeps 13 guests with ease. From seven stories up, take in an unbelievable view of the Gulf of Mexico found just across the street. Relax on the sundeck on the beachside, found just steps to the water. Enjoy the spacious interiors, featuring ceilings ten feet high, and granite countertops. Beach service is offered complimentary in-season, with two chairs and one umbrella to lounge under. It doesn’t get much better than this!
Leeward Key offers great amenities for the whole family! There are two pools with gated access, both landscaped with tropical foliage, and one is heated and located right on the beach! The complex has 3 grills guests can use- two gas grills and one charcoal grill. Whether you spend your day floating on the waves of the Gulf just steps away, lounging in the calm waters overlooking the white sand and emerald water, or lazing in the more protected pool on the north side of the complex, you are sure to love this complex. Leeward Key is also a non-smoking facility. There's a fitness room onsite, as well as a vending room for a late-night snack run. The laundry facility is located in the condo. Leeward Key offers all you could want for a fantastic beach vacation!

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers a number of boutiques, and dining options.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The condo is dated but the location can’t be beat. You walk out of the elevator and cross a small two lane road to the pool which is on the beach. There are two restaurants just below the complex which makes it easy for lunch, dinner or carry out. Love that they had a huge sectional couch so everyone had room to be together comfortably with our party if 9. Balcony was great and we watched karaoke at the restaurant below on the balcony. Balcony furniture is in pretty bad shape and needs to be replaced. Overall we loved the condo because of the location.

Great condo in a perfect location! Beach is a very short walk across the street - very convenient! Chair setup on the beach is also great, allowing for ample space for our party of 8. Check in instructions were easy to follow and the condo was clean / as pictured. Would definitely book here again!

It was ok. The beach was very crowded. The sofa needs a good steam cleaning. Needs new throw rugs old and dirty. Not my favorite VRBO
