The first floor of the home features an open living room, a full kitchen decorated with gorgeous granite countertops, a breakfast bar, a dining area, a laundry room, and a half bathroom. Also on the first floor is the master bedroom suite which contains an adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower. A spacious, screened-in porch accessible from the living room and master bedroom offers a perfect place to relax and enjoy privacy after a fun day at the beach or pools.
The second floor boasts two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The third floor offers another two bedrooms and a third full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each of the second and third-floor bedrooms opens onto a covered deck for relaxing and watching the beautiful views towards the Gulf. This vacation home also has parking for two cars.
Coffee in the morning or your favorite evening beverage can be enjoyed on the spacious front porch while you revel in the peaceful beach atmosphere of Miramar Beach. It is a short walk to either of the heated in season neighborhood pools, the tennis courts, the basketball court or the private Emerald Shores beach cabana and waters of the Gulf. The home is very nice, but the parking is limited—only enough space for 2 cars, which seems insufficient for a home that accommodates 13 people

The $20 for the beach amenities seemed a little excessive. It appeared we were paying for bathroom facilities which were dirty, clogged and unusable. The house downstairs bathroom was dirty and surfaces throughout the house seemed sticky and unclean. I liked the size and the layout of the house and the kitchen was well stocked.
