About this apartment rental
Charming décor in a spacious setting...wonderful ocean views...Cool morning.. sun on the balcony over-looking the pool and tropical landscaping. The sun sparkling on the blue ocean water and the white sand calling you to come and relax! Tile throughout, except for beautiful wood laminate in the bedroom. Two full baths and a bunk room with TV. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and serving, including a Keurig K-compact coffee maker. NEW LG 49" class 4K Smart LED TV and 2 other flat screen TVs. Beach Set-up (2 chairs and an umbrella) Saves you over $200 for a weekly rental. Must be 25 or older to rent.

This is our 7th stay at Beach Resort, but our first stay in this unit. Beach Resort is a fantastic property with a 5 minute walk to the beach access and a wonderful pool. The condo is in a good location by the stairs so you are close to the sidewalk on your way to the beach or to dinner down the street. The furniture is comfortable and the condo is nicely decorated.
I gave it four stars instead of five because there are better condos to stay in at beach resort for the same price. We really missed having a designated parking space under the building, there were no cards or board games, and the unit wasn’t as clean as I hoped it would be upon arrival. Note to the owner to inform your cleaner: there were food and wrappers under the sofa, the showers all had some soap scum, the bath mats were quite dirty and in need of washing, there were still someone else’s drinks in the fridge, and there was a moldy coffee filter in the coffee pot.
Overall it’s a very nice condo, but next time we will book one with a parking space included.
