The location was fantastic. We stayed the first week of August.In the evenings people gather on the golf course to watch the beautiful sunset.In the mornings if you don’t put the blinds down in the master bedroom you are rewarded with a beautiful sunrise while laying in bed!The golf cart was a game changer for the stay. Being able to take the golf course all over Sandestin and to the beach keeps from getting sand in your vehicle. We loved that the condo was pet friendly as we were able to bring our dog along for our stay. The access to the private pool at the players club was great. During our whole stay we saw one other person in the pool. It was our private pool when we were in there. Some of the other pools that you have access to were always busy.Had a wonderful view of the fireworks from the warf on Tuesday night from the balcony.Has a full setup in the kitchen to be able to cook dinners if you want to stay in. Had stacked washer and dryer that you can utilize if needed. Everything worked as it should. The balcony was a great place to watch the sound and enjoy the Florida weather. We had the opportunity to see lots of fish jumping and watched dolphins one evening come by feeding. If you walk along the sea wall we saw all sorts of fish and crabs in the water. The kids loved it!If we come back to the area we will definitely take advantage of this condo to stay again if it is available!

Pros: View was beautiful. Loves this place had enough space for our family of 4. Loves that we had a golf cart. If you're staying in this resort a golf cart makes life easier. It was nice to be able to cook and do the wash on vacation.
Cons: Floors need a good hand wash. Closet door in one of the bathrooms doesn't open and close properly because the track is bent. Beds with twins are not very comfortable. Not enough hot pads. Mold in ceiling of bathrooms.
Overall not a bad stay and we will be back because we love the area!

The location is nice. We arrived the door was already cracked open as we arrived later in the night, so it was a bit unsettling. We did get a call that the golf cart was broke down upon us getting there. Which was one of the main reason we rented this place, my kids were not happy at all. There was a roach that was not killed cuz we all freaked out. We did reach out to management and never received a response from them. Everyone in the resort had golf carts and the kids didn’t understand why we didn’t. Which I had told them we were getting one leading up to the vacation.
