The first floor boasts a beautiful walk-out patio with a view of one of "The Links" golf course holes and a great view of the gulf! The kitchen offers new stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and an 8 person dining table. The living room offers a large flat screen TV with a high-definition with streaming services. NEW premium furnishings, a bunk bed, 2 king beds, and a queen bed all equipped with resort style linens for maximum comfort! Check in was great, and easy. The golf cart battery was dead due to the outside outlet breaker being tripped, and the charging cord to the golf cart had exposed wires. It was a little inconvenient to have repair men around the house on two separate occasions to deal with the HVac drain and electrical. The breaker would keep tripping in the kitchen if you ran multiple appliances at once. Trim and baseboard, railings in the house could be wiped down. The location is amazing and the pools are great. Nice Quiet area close to everything! Would definitely stay again! Check out was easy also!

We had a great time at this location. Everything was perfect. We really enjoyed the master suite with adjustable bed and rain shower. The kids beds were also very comfortable and we all slept well.
