Booked room for a last minute vacation. Room
has a good view, is quiet and is clean. Golf cart was very handy to access the beach/stores/restaurants. Beach property accommodates many rental units and was very crowded,, so it’s fine if you like large gatherings.. The pool however seems to be seldomly utilized and had it to ourselves most of the time.. there is only one designated parking spot for the unit and its for the golf cart. You may have to park near the pool if no open parking is available. The full time residents are polite but we had the feeling we were constantly being spied on when on the balcony or on the grounds around the condo. It’s evident by comments they were very interested in out activities..

The view of the bay is gorgeous. The pool is a short and easy walk. Having the golf cart was amazing, made it easy to visit Baytown and the beach.
