About this house rental
The best of SLU living is yours in this minimalist private suite! We've thought of all the comforts of home for you to relax with coffee or tea and a book or a magazine while you recharge from touring the city or seeing friends!
Enjoy being minutes from the best amenities & neighborhoods Seattle has to offer. Close proximity to public transit, the Mercer highway access and walking distance to the heart of tech: Google, Amazon, Facebook, Gates Foundation, Apple offices are minutes away.
You have the full lower part of the house. As a true private host, I want you to feel as comfortable as in your own home. As I am in a separate, private side of the house, I am available for any questions, need for recommendations or last minute needs!
It accomodates up to two people on a comfortable queen size bed, and a 3rd person on a queen size air mattress or the futon sofa. The room/living area is designed for you to relax with books, magazines, and throws so you can rest and recharge.
There is a full size large bathroom with fresh towels, premium toiletries, complimentary luxury fragrances from Jo Malone London, an iron, small ironing board, a hanging rack and a hair dryer.
The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge (incl freezer), a microwave, plug-in electric single element induction stove, coffee maker, plates and utensils, hot water kettle, toaster, britta filtered pitcher, and basic cookware, incl. a cutting board & knives, a pot and a pan.
You'll find a desk and chair if you need to work with strong wifi that holds video conferences in a quiet space.
For short stays, the laundry space can be made available for a low fee, agreed upon upfront.
For stays of 28 days or longer, access to the laundry space is complimentary.
Free parking is available on the street and there are usually spots either on the front street or the side street but always just steps away from the door.

Host communicated promptly and thoroughly, providing all the necessary information, as well as pictures to help find the entry easier and for the wi-fi code. The studio is lovely, tidy and clean with all the amenities you'd need for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the free street parking close to the studio and had a wonderful experience. Thank you.

Great place!! Quela was fantastic with communication before and during my stay. Wonderful location, with tons of things to do nearby. I was able to find parking every night, even coming back late some evenings. The space was even bigger than the pictures appear. The home was clean and welcoming. Pretty much everything you would need is available. Only (small) concern is with the pups upstairs. I heard their little feet are about the same time every morning. I’m a heavy sleeper and early riser. So not a dealbreaker. But something to consider if you’re a light sleeper and/or want to sleep in uninterrupted. I would def stay again. I found a beautiful run trail (which Quela also helped with), went to TMobile Park, the. Space Needle, the aquarium, the Pike, and this was just in 3 nights and two full days. There’s stores nearby, coffee shops, etc. I look forward to coming back!
