The residence was located on the 4th floor of a very clean, safe and secure apartment building. The garage access was sooooo nice. No worries about parking whatsoever. We saw no homeless issues and ran into no street folks. Nice fellow tenants. The neighborhood was charming and desirable. Felt like tech workers and mature college students. No noise at night. Excellent local pizza restarant with a full bar one block up the street. INCREDIBLE local coffee across the street. Grocery store within walking distance only 2 blocks away. Monorail and Seattle Center was only 3-4 blocks away. In fact, everything important was mere 2-4 blocks away. I felt very safe walking around town with my wife and daughter. The VRBO owners were incredibly generous and responsive to our questions regarding the TV internet access. They even decorated the apartment with Christmas themes, what a nice surprise! The bathrooms and kitchen were clean with modern appliances and touches. Hot water within seconds. Nice carpeting. The outside deck/balcony was a real treat. I highly recommend this location for couples, friends and small families! :-)
