Scam property!!!

Scam property!!!

I was traveling with my son and infant for a 4 night stay scheduled ahead of time. When I arrived there it was occupied by tenants. I had no instructions on how to even enter the unit. No response from the owner and the number provided was disconnected. Then his picture was removed from his profile. I have a 5 month old baby and no place to go out of town it was a nightmare. I still have not even spoken with anyone as I was told from the website a supervisor would call me to discuss a possible refund hundreds down the drain and nowhere to go with a fussy baby crying frustrated to be in the car longer than our 400 mile drive. I have never been so inconvenienced and mad in my life.
