This huge, stylish place is perfect for group trips, family vacations, or long work stays. Outside it features an amazingly large summer pool for the cool Texas nights.
Inside we offer the maximum in entertainment with a fun gaming room featuring a full-size pool table, board games, and PS4 video games.
Conveniently located near delicious restaurants, fun nightlife, good shopping, and I-10.
This is a non-smoking property.
+2 day stay minimum.
+Home is for registered guests ONLY, no exceptions. +We DO NOT rent to local El Paso residents. You will be asked to upload your state issued ID and you will be not be refunded.
+No pets.
+No pool parties or events. NO POOL PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND.
+No loud music after 9pm.
+NO SMOKING allowed on the property, this includes around the outside perimeter of the property. If you or anyone in your party is a smoker, then this is NOT the house for you. If we find evidence of smoke in or around the home, you will be charged a minimum of $500 up to $2000 cleaning fee.
+Keep in mind there is NO LIFEGUARD AT THE POOL.
+The pool is 9ft. deep on the west end.
+There is no gate within the backyard around the pool.
+You will need to use the pool at your own risk.
+Children should be monitored at all times.
+No Running around the pool.
+The Pool is not heated.
+There are checkout procedures in place to ensure a smooth check out. Please refer to the manual at the front entrance.
+For your protection and the security of our home, we have 4 cameras installed around the exterior of the property. 1. Ring Doorbell 2. Over the garage facing the entrance 3. Outside the backdoor facing part of the pool 4. Over the pool equipment facing George Dieter Dr.

It is a very nice place to come home to after spending time exploring El Paso. The pool was refreshing after long days adventures. The amenities inside (pool table, comfortable living room and kitchen helped make memories. The access to malls, downtown area, and really good restaurants was great. The owners were easy to get a hold of and responded right away. Overall, a great place to stay.

Overall the house was okay. There was issues with the AC not working upon check in and wasn’t resolved until the next afternoon. When I asked they said it takes a few hours to get the temp down since they require guests to shut it off. It was 88 degrees inside when we got there and never cooled down much. It ended up being simple maintenance issue that was neglected by the owner and made for a horrible first night there but thankfully was able to be fixed. A lot of the amenities they list weren’t actually there such as no shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the master bath. No hair dryer. Only two pool towels. They stated they had drinks stocked in a mini fridge that was empty as well as the snacks and wine listed to be stocked on a bar cart. All of that was empty. Two small bags of chips was all that was there. No Nintendo either. The pool maintenance guy showed up with no warning while we were there and it was early in the morning, a heads up would have been great. It was not stated what day and time they come. It’s shocking to wake up to a strange person walking outside your bedroom door early in the morning. If it wasn’t for the pool we probably would have left and went elsewhere.
