This property is within walking distance to the city's premier attractions such as Americas Mart, World of Coke, Ga World Congress Center, Mercedes Benz Stadium, and Philips Arena. You will have the best of Atlanta right at your doorstep.
Other Things to Note:
Guests should note that the condo is located in the heart of the city and just like other city centers in the US, there are often houseless individuals smoking drinking around the area and outside of our building. Unfortunately this is something out of our control.
Also the building is under construction at the moment, so there are blowers in the floor of the lobby and in the hallways to get rid off the smells, if you find them too loud at night, you can turn them off. Our parking lot is on-site but privately owned and the third party owner is not very responsible, so you may see some trash in the area. In addition, the parking lot can get creepy at night, please find another parking lot nearby if you are not comfortable. Once more, unfortunately this is also something out of our control.
AC and heating are available seasonally. The AC is a PTAC system - wall units controlled by the HOA without a thermostat. We check the weather frequently and try to notify guests if we think it can be problematic, which may happen in transition seasons like the start of Spring or Fall. If you have very high standards for the temperature, we may not be your good choice.
Please remember you are in a condominium with other residents and owners. As your hosts, we try as much as we can to be available from 830am to 930pm but please note - we may be in a meeting, at a doctor's appointment, and after-hours, sleeping. If you need a lot of assistance after hours and guaranteed immediate responses during the day, this may not be the condo for you.

Communication was great. The space was nice and spacious. Perfect area, within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The host were amazing. Details for checking in and parking was a breeze. I would definitely recommend

This property has a lot to offer. The listing was accurate, and the host communicated immaculately regarding all of our concerns during our stay. The check-in process was clear and simple with no issues at all. It is near many attractions, but the reason for the 2-star rating on the location was the “neighborhood” of the complex. There was a constant odor from parties in the complex and you could hear all the city noise throughout the night with no reprieve. I would also say that if you have kids or a single traveler, to be mindful of this listing, it is fairly glum at night with little lighting in the parking lots. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would book again if we came through town!

Host is very responsive and quick apartment had a great view was very clean looked exactly like photos lots of space to feel comfortable rooms are separated enough tht everyone has privacy I will very much be staying again next visit highly recommended stay

We kept saying the whole time we were they that the place was “fine”. The couch was pretty filthy (nobody wanted to lay on it) and the arm was broken. No control of the AC was pretty annoying. The shower I wish was cleaner. We were just there for the Peach Bowl so it wasn’t that big of a deal for us because we were never really there but if you are going there for multiple days, I’d look somewhere else. That said, it’s pretty inexpensive comparatively.
