This condo has some of the best mobility in the city: the MARTA station just two blocks down the street and provides quick access to the rest of the city and the airport. From the door of the apartment, it takes 30 minutes to make it to the Atlanta Airport via MARTA.
-- Two bedroom with two Queen bed and two couches in living room to convert into bed. All linens are included in the closet spaces.
-- Two bedrooms with two convertible couches for 6.
-- Fully functional bathroom and kitchen.
-- Wifi & Cable included(Comcast basic plan).
-- Gas stove, Microwave, Refrigerator,Coffee Maker
-- A/C (You can only adjust the air flow amount. The building controls the starting date every year, normally it is around March. Please check the details before you book)
-- Heating (Building controls the starting date every year, normally it is around Oct. Please check the details before you book)
-- Laundry: There is a laundry room in the basement of the building. You have access to this.
--Free Parking: The condo comes with one free parking space. If you require an extra space, it will an additional cost and based on availability. Any questions about this- just ask!

Nice rental everything was as stated in the description. Its an older building but the condo has been nicely and beautifully updated.

The apartment was as pictured and lovely. The building and parking lot were sketchy. The building reeked of weed and there were people selling drugs by the elevators and from our parking spot so we had to find alternative parking. It was not what I had in mind when I brought my young children to Atlanta for Easter. It would be fine if you were on a more adult vacation I suppose.
