The apartment was spacious and had everything that we needed. They did give us another parking space

Dead ladybugs in the window and the air conditioner leaked on the carpet. Someone parked in our reserved space

I liked how affordable it was being so close to the dragon con and that all my friends had a bed and the layout was more of like a small apartment rather than one large hotel sized room. Everyone had their privacy.

The A/C did not work well and had to keep the fans running the whole time. Overall you can tell the entire hotel needed lots of upgrades. Noticed a few safety hazards, for instance sheet metal sticking out of the wall going down the emergency stairs. Luckily there did not seem to be any issues with bugs, just things being ignored as far as remodel or getting a handy man out there goes.

We loved the location being in the heart of downtown Atlanta. The city view is beautiful and the condo blocked the sound of constant traffic very well. We also liked the decor and how they have a full size kitchen as well as full size laundry too. The staff were nice and very quick to respond when I messaged them with a concern but the staff that came to our room was short and irritable. Maybe he was having a bad day. We had a big issue and they did offer us a 30 percent refund so we will see if and when we get it.

The hallway carpet was severely stained and torn, the elevator walls were covered with what seemed like blankets for some reason maybe it was or should've been posted as out of order or under construction/remodel the condo was nice but They had Big brown and little black cockroaches. We killed several that we saw and lord don't turn off the lights in any of the rooms bc if you do then more bugs come out and there is just too many to try and kill them so we kept the lights on the entire time we stay there so hopefully the bugs would stay holding and not come out. We did call to have maintenance come and handle it. He came up and sprayed some stuff. Idk what it is but there were more bugs coming from the outlet holes and everything after he sprayed than before. Just be careful if anyone decides to stay here and make sure to keep ALL your belongings and luggage up on the dresses and beds and off of the floor. And wash clothes in industrial dryers before going back home. They offered us a 30 percent refund but haven't received it yet so we will see if they send it or not. If they do I'll edit this to update.
