This modern apartment is in a great location at Midtown area with easy access to downtown also. Midtown is a busy commercial area and a vibrant arts hub. The High Museum of Art shows world-renowned works in a striking modern building. Peachtree Street is a hotspot for comedy, bars and big-name shops, with eating options ranging from street food to fine dining. Large, leafy Piedmont Park offers walking trails. A 24-hour fitness center, a coffee shop/café, and a 24-hour business center are available at this smoke-free apartment building. WiFi in public areas is free.
Limited onsite parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis (surcharge). Reservation is needed.

Check-in time is after 4:00 PM. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM – we appreciate you abiding to these times because often there is someone checking in the same day you are checking out.

During your stay, the flat is 100% yours. We ask you to use our accommodation as you would your own home and to treat the equipment provided with respect and to be considerate to your neighborhood. Keys are a minimum of fee/key to replace. A fee will apply if they are lost, or not returned on time before 11am. You will be fully responsible for damages and noise complaints.
Washer/Dryer is not inside the Unit. Each Floor has a laundry room where guest can swipe the CC and use washer dryer.
"We are not responsible for loss, damage or theft of cash, jewelry or other valuables left unattended in guest rooms. We are also not responsible for articles/valuables left behind by guests and found after departure of the guest”.

The condo was great for 3 people. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants, bars, and a grocery store. We came in for a music festival that was just a few blocks away, so we mostly walked while in that neighborhood. Only a mile or two from Piedmont Park and the beautiful neighborhood surrounding it.
Place was pretty clean. Could use some more kitchen essentials (like a baking sheet or pans). I would suggest an extra set of pillows and blankets for guests using the futon, as well as some extra towels. Also, plan on buying some toilet paper as we only had a roll and a half for two bathrooms.
Overall the place was great and VERY secure ( we had to use a code for three doors each time we entered the building). Would
