I liked the location.
The thermostat. You could only choose S,M, or L for the blower. All the speeds sound the same and it only blew heat.

Love the location, extremely close to lots of restaurants. The building itself is old, however the unit looks as pictured. The free parking was a plus as parking is a nightmare downtown. The host was extremely helpful and available to assist when needed.
The hot water takes a while to get hot, however thats expected with an older building. Just a heads up to let it run before using. Lastly you cannot adjust the thermostat whatsoever. The host does mention this in the email after booking though. There’s a ceiling fan in the master, and the unit ac blows basically as a fan if you choose to use also.
