Due to unforeseen circumstances the boat lift is INOPERABLE & there is NO swimming from the dock as it is under repair.

The house is very beautiful. The rooms are very organized and the up stairs rooms are so well done. We did have a lot mold in the master bathroom and the coffee machine offered was slightly ridiculous. However, we had a great time and all families will really enjoy!! Will rent again.

We had a great time. The house was exactly as pictured and the property manger was very helpful and accommodating.

We were notified one day prior to checking in that the dock was not accessible after we rented a boat. Requested financial consideration for not allowed to use the dock but no response. DOCK IS Not accessible and should state so on website. Report rely damaged by storm over 6 weeks ago when reservation was accepted. Beside that the house was as advertised and clean.
