The Lake House is beautiful and spacious, great for family gatherings and getaways. However, our stay was impacted by some cleanliness and maintenance issues. The prior quest had a dog and hair was still present. We found bugs in several areas of the home, including the bedrooms, kitchen, and living room, along with spiders and webs in the bedrooms. The closets were dusty, and it was clear the floors hadn’t been properly cleaned — the bottom of the kids' feet and socks turned black from walking inside. We really enjoyed the pool and the patio area. Unfortunately, the patio furniture was also dirty and covered in bugs, and the downstairs shower didn’t drain properly. I reached out to you before our arrival to confirm that the home would be ready for a large family. I understand things happen. The decor is absolutely beautiful, great floor plan, the kitchen was amazing and the house had was equipped with everything you would need! We really enjoyed our stay!
