The home is GORGEOUS and accurately advertised online. Home owner was responsive. Be aware of mosquitoes and lizards as you are close to the water. Plan to have candles readily available. Amenities and more were provided. Pantry was surprisingly stocked and seasonings and cleaning supplies. Towels and additional bedding was provided. More thank enough space for +8 adults, if needed. Conviently located to grocers and water sports within 15-20min. 10/10 would highly recommend. We definitely plan to return on a yearly basis.

This is a huge very modern, very clean home with every convenience you could want. The floor plan is open, and there was plenty of natural light. The furnishings were super comfortable, inside and outside. The kitchen was very well supplied with modern ZLINE appliances. The beds were very comfortable. The grandkids loved the bunk beds! There were 11 of us there, and you could all be together, or have solitude if you wished. My wife and I stayed in the primary suite. It had a powered adjustable bed, a beautiful tub, and the biggest shower I've ever seen! There were some things that could be improved however. These are mainly nit-picky items. 1. The drawer microwave is installed too high. 2. There were no two way light switches. There was a very large walk thru closet you had to cross in the dark to reach a light switch. 3. This is very new construction, and it needs a little more decor to make it feel like a home. 4. The day before check in, we got an email that said there was parking for "2 cars max". In reality, there was room for 2 cars in the garage, and 2 cars in the driveway. When I contacted the owner, he was very responsive to ease my concern. Hopefully, the AI generated email will be corrected in the future. 5. There could be some very basic instructions available for operating the oven and the adjustable bed. Overall the stay was very enjoyable!
