The outdoor living space is just as grand with its spectacular views, expansive covered patio, private docks, grilling area, and community pool access right around the corner.

Step inside and discover a light-filled, open-concept layout. Here, family time is inevitable and the views are never-ending. The spacious living room boasts ample seating, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a large TV. In the adjacent chef's kitchen, you'll be pleased to find a sprawling center island, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. Dining is made a breeze at one of the interior dining tables or al fresco under the radiant Texas sunshine.

Everyone's comfort is catered to in the large, well-decorated bedrooms. Here, a good night's rest will come with ease under the soft linens and central air-conditioning. After a day filled with new adventures, take care of yourself by sinking into the warmth of the soaking tub, or rinse off in one of the walk-in showers. The perks don't end there! Also inside, appreciate having access to a private washer/dryer, children's items, and a sauna.

The guest house features fantastic perks such as an oversize sofa, a well-equipped kitchenette, fantastic views, and elegant fixtures.

As evening begins to near, get out on the provided kayaks for a sunset glide across the water before gathering around the firepit for gooey s'mores.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
