Bathrooms: (2) bathrooms featuring separate showers and 1 with soaking tubs.

The entire property and land. There is an empty barn and shed located on our land as well.

Entire house and land are for your use. Free parking on premises.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Please note that the driveway in this house is steep, it is strongly recommended that you have a 4 wheel/AWD vehicle in the snowy months.

Liability Waiver:
You understand that swimming in the pool and the creek and the use of the hot tub and exercise equipment is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming in the pool and the creek and the use of the hot tub and exercise equipment. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming in the pool and the creek and the use of the hot tub and exercise equipment and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming in the pool and the creek and the use of the hot tub and exercise equipment may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming in the pool and the creek and the use of the hot tub and exercise equipment if a person has health risks, or if a person swims in the pool or creek and uses the hot tub while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming in the pool and the creek and the use of the hot tub and exercise equipment. All Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.
