Gorgeous 3,200 square foot custom home with an open floor plan. Highlights include:

* 5 SmartTVs including a 65" TV in the main living area

The Candlewood Lakehouse Estate is the perfect jumping off point for exploring Danbury and Candlewood Lake.

Important Note - This property does not have direct lake access, the nearby dock belongs to a neighboring property and is not for guest use. Additionally, the home is located at the top of a hill on a gravel road with a speed limit of 5 MPH. Please watch your speed and be mindful of occasional potholes. The garage will not be accessible during your stay. However, we provide ample parking in the driveway, which can comfortably accommodate up to 5 vehicles

Many of our summer guests bring their boats in on a trailer (there is plenty of room for trailer parking) and use the Lattins Cove Boat Launch (3 miles) for day use of Candlewood Lake.

Summer guest may also rent boats from local marinas - make sure to book early! Or, they can access the beach from the Candlewood Town Park. Please note - there is a daily fee of $35/adult and $25/child for non-resident access to the town park beach.
