EVERYTHING IS BRAND NEW: FLOORS, KITCHEN, BATHROOMS, FURNITURE, RUGS, ETC. MIN 4 DAYS ON WKNDS. Contact host for month or month+ reservations even if your days are booked (we'll try to accommodate you). Spacious all polished and updated 5 bdr Greenwich house with one bdr on 1st floor, huge kitchen which has 2nd TV. River-like pond is a 2 min walk. Park-preserve with hiking trails is a 3 min drive. Famous beach is a few min commute. Train station is a 20-25 min walk. NYC is a 25 min commute. Best location for leisure and commute. Plenty of restaurants are a 1-2 min walking distance from the house. A lot of stores are within a walking distance. No more than 2 dogs. Only registered people are allowed to enter the house. We greet our guests. Dogs need to be registered, too. No other pets please. Look forward to hosting you!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. Our host was wonderful and went out of her way to accommodate us. The home was essentially brand new and had everything needed for a family stay. The location was excellent, just minutes from Greenwich and the beaches. Highly recommended!

We converged as a family in the Greenwich, CT area from various points in the country for a long July 4th weekend and were drawn to this property understanding that it could easily accommodate our party of 6. And accommodate us it did! Our stay at this wonderful home was stellar in every possible way! The owner, Victoria, was quick to respond throughout the entire process from booking through the full length of our stay, taking great care of any small request we had. She is so kind and incredibly responsive! And in addition to the beautiful and well-appointed home, there is a super-relaxing patio area where we could congregate and enjoy the outdoors in privacy. We cannot wait to come back!!
