Just across the road from the beach, 5 min drive to NYC train, highway & downtown Stamford. 10 min drive to Greenwich. 45 min commute to NYC. Popular/w MALS guests. The most expensive, convenient & desirable Stamford location with parks, tennis courts, picturesque places to go for a walk & beautiful quiet streets (which bump into the water). This polished all over house with an antique flair comes with a seasonal furnished porch. A great attention was paid to each and every tiny detail to make sure it matches the nautical decor. All new furniture including comfortable beds, mattresses, etc. Nautical Fairy-tale Beach House is across our other listing. Larger groups could reserve both houses and stay close to each other. Soap, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. are provided as well as light beach cart, beach chairs beach towels and beach umbrella. Also, we provide iron and ironing board, hangers, hair dryer, some toys, high chair, Pack&Play Crib. Complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, powered cream. Kitchen has a coffee-maker, toaster, electrical pot, multiples dishes, pots and pans. We want you to feel at home.

We stayed at this beautifully updated home Nov 2024 for Thanksgiving week and had a great visit w our kids in the area and our parents from out of state. The owners were most responsive to our requests, the home is clean and well maintained, and the area is beautiful… daily walks on the beach were perfect. Highly recommend this home!

We spent a weekend at Victoria’s beautiful house, celebrating a bridal shower. The house was spotless, nicely decorated and comfortable for our party of 11. The neighborhood pleasant for a morning walk, the beach close for a quick swim before the party. The communication with Victoria was excellent, she responded very quickly to all the questions . Highly recommended! Don’t hesitate to book this home!

From day one Victoria was very pleasant and worked with me and my family for my son's medical procedure. We stayed in the house for 11 days everything was as she said it would be. The only thing I can say which is not the owners fault is one neighbor drives by 4+ times with a very loud car. It is so loud it shakes the windows and they drive very fast on the road despite the signs and warnings. Again that is city life but the house and owners were amazing.
