About this villa rental
Welcome to your next vacation location! This beautifully updated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo provides space, comfort and fantastic views for your next island getaway. The elevated condo offers an open floor place, laminate flooring and tile in the living areas, and TVs in each room.
The kitchen features granite counters, stainless appliances and a tiled backsplash. Equipped with all you’ll need to prepare a meal for your family, this kitchen will make dining in your preferred option!
The dining table seats 6 comfortably, with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The living area, just off the dining room, features a comfortable sofa, two club chairs and access to the private patio overlooking the golf course and lagoon.
The main bedroom offers the same beautiful views of the golf course and lagoon, while providing guests with a king bed, patio access and a private bathroom with double sinks, a garden tub and a tiled walk-in shower.
The queen guest bedroom also has its own bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combination. The full guest room has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
If you’re looking for Hilton Head condo rentals, the Colonnade Club is a wonderful vacation destination within Shipyard Plantation. This complex is close to the beach with an on-site pool (open April 15th through September), pool house, heated spa and community BBQ grills. Please note Colonnade Club is not equipped with elevators and use of stairs is required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
Shipyard Plantation is tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of Hilton Head Island with 12 miles of white sandy beach, bike paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty. Shipyard Plantation boasts the charm of the South Carolina Lowcountry, a laid-back coastal atmosphere and easy access to Hilton Head’s shopping, restaurants and top activities.

Our condo was very comfortable and well furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook at home. We, however, chose to eat out every night at wonderful restaurants. We had a view of the golf course and a lagoon. We can’t wait to return next year!

We loved the location in beautiful shipyard area! Pool was clean and so close to unit! We used car to drop off beach stuff every morning and biked to the beach! Loved the pathways for biking! Close to many great restaurants! Love to rent this unit again!

We had a wonderful time!! Condo was clean and nicely decorated! Rental company was great to work with. Looked exactly how pictured on the website. Will definitely rent again!!

The house was great. Nice porch overlooking canal and foliage with limited view of golf course . The house was exactly what is shown on the website. Great!
Short drive or walk to beach and short drive to town. We had a great time. The Colonnade Club was very quiet and relaxing and pool area was very nice too.
