Beachwalk 210 is well decorated and renovated with everything you will need while on vacation. The main living room has a 60 inch TV. The large deck has been renovated with composite Trex material for easy care and use. Shipyard Plantation is a quiet gated community perfect for those looking to rest and relax. Shipyard is the best spot for those who like to walk to the beach, bike on the many secluded & shaded bike paths, play tennis at the Shipyard Racquet Club, or Golf at the only 3 nine hole courses on the island within minutes from the condo. Located across the street from Beachwalk is the Sonesta Resort, which you can walk to the outdoor bar and restaurants. King in BR1, Queen in BR2, 2 Doubles in BR3, Queen Sofa bed. We really enjoyed ourselves. I loved the spaciousness of the unit. I love that it was adequately equipped. I loved the location relative to the beach. If I had to make a suggestion I would suggest that you put more trash bins around. It would be great to have a trash can in every room so that people could adequately dispose of things and at the end of the visit we would just have to put all the trash together and take it out. The other thing would be to cut back the foliage from the trees so that we could enjoy the deck. There was too much hanging in order for us to enjoy the deck and definitely could not enjoy the grill because of the tree limbs hanging. And keeping the deck full of pollen. Also the toaster oven was not clean.Those would be my only complaints or suggestions.

The condo is great. But on Monday morning we were awakened by sawing, hammering,and yelling from the condo next door. Luckily we were able to move to another condo in the complex. Seaside Vacation Rentals were amazing! Thanks to Heidi for getting us switched. She also had the house cleaning service find my husband’s mouth piece that was lost in the move from 210 to 196 Beachwalk. Moving was not fun but the construction zone was unacceptable.
