House is beautiful in a gorgeous neighborhood, very close to the beach. Our family of 8 had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable and the place was all in all clean.
The home needs remodeling desperately, the kitchen and the appliances are outdated and many outlets didn’t work. It also smells bad. I hope this property gets the tlc it needs soon and then would love to be back.

The house was clean, spacious, and the pool was perfect!
It was a little difficult to figure out how to get to the beach.

Nice 10 minute bike ride to the beach, leisure 20 minute walk. Kitchen has everything necessary to cook meals at the home. Pool was a nice touch, very private. Bathrooms were spacious. Keypad lock on home is convenient and easy to use. Home is very open and inviting. Washer and dryer is always a plus. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Perfect spot for relaxing.
Property could use a few updates such as repairs to kitchen cabinets, grill was a tad rusted but we used a grill mat and had no issues and there were a few sightings of bugs in the home but I do believe they also came and sprayed while we were there so I’m sure that caused the increase in seeing them inside.

very quiet area and easy to get to.
the pool deck and screen room needed work. Also the property needed sprucing up. I would have liked a better view of the golf course
