About this villa rental
Beachwalk 208 is an updated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo that boasts modern conveniences, homey comforts, resort amenities and easy access to the beach.
All new flooring span the villa with tile on the first floor and new carpet in the upstairs bedrooms. Upon entering the villa, you’ll notice the open, bright floor plan. A powder room is located to the right of the front door, and a cheery breakfast nook is on the left with a table and four chairs. The breakfast nook flows into the fully equipped kitchen, which has stainless steel appliances, all new cabinets with granite countertops. A dining room with seating for 6 is adjacent to the kitchen which opens to the living room.
The living room features a brand-new queen sleeper sofa, new comfy loveseat, flat screen television, decorative fireplace (not for guest use) and ceiling fan. Access to the back deck offers eating for six with a view of the scenic landscape and a relaxing space to end your day of activities on Hilton head Island.
Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd level. The spacious primary bedroom has a new Bassett king size bed, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, separate seating area, and a wall mounted flat screen TV. The primary bedroom en-suite features all new cabinets with a granite countertop, oversized shower with tile surround and glass door.
The guest bedroom features 2 full beds, an oversized closet, flat screen television, and ceiling fan. The bedroom features a lovely en-suite with a new tub/shower combination, new cabinet with granite countertop and tile flooring. There is a washer/dryer for your convenience.
Sunset Rentals have a diverse selection of Hilton Head, SC vacation rentals. Beachwalk is the closest villa complex to the beach in Shipyard and has an on-site communal pool. In addition, the golf and racquet clubs, and the Sonesta Resort are close by. This complex is not equipped with elevators, use of stairs would be required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
Vehicle Policy: Please indicate how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $35 plus tax for the stay. 2 Car Passes Max.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Beachwalk 208. It was very clean. It was just a short walk from the beach and had a well appointed kitchen. Shipyard has a great beach entrance and is the perfect location for great restaurants and shopping. I wouldn’t recommend this property for anyone who struggles with stairs. The bedrooms are all upstairs and the stairs are very steep and the bottom step is very high. Some of the furniture was not very comfortable. Also, during our stay, the parking was a little crowded because there were two roll off dumpsters and a storage pod parked in the lot. I’m sure that is just a temporary situation.
Overall it was a very nice getaway!

This was our first time renting from sunset rentals. The property was as described in pictures. The community as a whole could use a facelift but the house interiors were very meticulously done and matched our style. All the fixtures looked updated, plenty of seating areas. The door to the deck was broken and it was covered with foliage so we didnt even bother to go there. Loved the breakfast nook and the roof windows in the bedroom ! Ample utensils to work with. Management company were very responsive and accommodating to our requests. Overall we had a lovely experience and will love to rent again with sunset rentals.
