This lovely 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath Beach Walk villa is a perfect island getaway within the gated community of Shipyard, a private residential and resort community. This villa is a short 5 minute walk to Hilton Head's famous beach & shoreline, the Van der Meer Tennis Center and the Sonesta Resort.

Great condo, walk was about 8-10 minutes to the beach; bike ride 2-3 mins or so. Perfect location, condo was very spacious for all of us. Kitchen stocked with all the necessities you would need. We had a slight issues with the AC unit the last evening but it was fixed quickly.
