About this apartment rental

Summary:

Within a mile away from downtown TC, this fresh 2 bedroom condo has shared rooftop access where you can enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset with a glass of wine. This bright third floor unit is a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring all the restaurants and shops. CitySide Lofts is centrally located in between East and West bay with access to beautiful parks and beaches.



The Space:

Walk into our master bedroom that has a king size bed, flat screen tv, and a walk in closet to fit all of your belongings (or new purchases). The master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom, stocked with toiletry essentials. The guest bedroom has a queen bed along with a flat screen tv. Don't worry if you decide to extend your stay, each unit comes with their own washer and dryer along with basic laundry supplies.



**Pack 'n Play and high chair available upon request**



All of our smart TVs feature streaming capabilities only. Please feel free to access your own streaming service accounts while at CitySide Lofts.



In the living room you will find a sleeper sofa along with a large flat screen tv. CitySide Lofts is just a few blocks away from downtown, known for their delicious restaurants. If you choose to stay in for a night, the kitchen is stocked with all the kitchen essentials (utensils, basic cookware, dishes, keurig). A few K-cups will be provided to get your vacation started on the right foot.



**Each unit has one dedicated parking spot in our lot. Your unit number will match your space number.



**Please keep in mind that our condo is located within the city, on a high traffic road. This is perfect for walking to local attractions, but keep in mind that street noise should be expected.



***If you are staying for more than 14 days we REQUIRE a mid-stay clean, the fee is $70 and it can be scheduled after your booking. The charge will be separate from the cleaning fee and we will send it over through the airbnb resolutions center after the mid-stay clean.



Please note that these units are dog friendly with a maximum of two dogs allowed. We try our best to keep hair allergens away but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware.



There is a $120 pet fee per booking. Please let us know if you plan on bringing your furry friend.



Please read the following rules if you plan to bring a dog or two with you on vacation.



Please clean up after your furry friend, nobody likes stepping in poo.



Supervise your pet at all times and make sure they are kept on a leash if necessary.



Please bring your pet with you if you leave the condo. If you are unable to do so please make sure they are kept in a crate.



Please respect the neighbors and keep the barking to a level zero as best as you can.



If possible please do not allow your pets on the furniture unless you bring an extra sheet or towel for them to lay on. (This goes for the bed as well.)



It is always a great idea to carry your pet vet records incase of an emergency.



Please report any damages immediately.

The Neighborhood:

Tremendous location within walking distance of downtown Traverse City, with all the delightful restaurants and shops. City Side Lofts is centrally located between East and West bays, in a neighborhood with access to beautiful parks and beaches. Please keep in mind that our condo is located within the city, on a high traffic road. This is perfect for walking to local attractions, but keep in mind that some street noise should be expected.



Getting Around:

Easy access to downtown which is less than half mile away. Easy to get to the beaches and popular food spots. Head east for more food options, Dairy Queen, Putt Putt Golf, and Holiday Hills.

This is our second stay with a Mitten Group property. We have lived our entire lives in Traverse City, and now that we have to rent to visit, we find MG’s condos so clean, convenient and well appointed. Always prompt and detailed information from management. So, hats off to housekeeping and management for sure! Thank you!

The kitchen, laundry and bathrooms had everything we needed. The loft was very clean and cozy. I think it might help if you were to leave a note on the table with the parking pass. We didn't realize what it was for until the last night, not everyone reads the notebook. Also the parking lot was a little icy.Overall our stay was excellent

The combinations were great beds were comfortable access to all we needed in the kitchen. Really close to all attractions in downtown. Only issue was that we did not have an elevator. It was a lot to carry luggage up, and then I had an ankle injury, which made it really difficult to get up and down the stairs.
