City Side Lofts is centrally located between East and West bays, in a neighborhood with access to beautiful parks and beaches. Please keep in mind that our condo is located within the city, on a high traffic road. This is perfect for walking to local attractions, but keep in mind that some street noise should be expected.

Clean unit. Good location. The only problem we encountered was an issue with the fire alarm. The fire alarm in the hallway kept randomly beeping. There was no battery in it so we eventually had to just remove it when it was beeping in the middle of the night. This would likely be easily fixed by putting a battery in the alarm or replacing the alarm if old.

The condo was nice--great size, comfortable places to relax, and really nice bathrooms. Unfortunately, the noise, the cleanliness, and the master bed really downgraded the stay.
On two nights garbage trucks woke us up, the first night at 3:00AM and the second at 6:30AM. The trucks were literally yards from our bedroom window. Otherwise, the proximity to Front Street, though great for walking downtown, made a continually noisy stay.
For the cleanliness, and I hate to nitpick, but the floors in the main living area were pretty dirty. My wife wore socks around in the evening and they picked up a lot of dirt. It was a little unpleasant.
And, for what its worth, the king size bed was not very comfortable--the mattress was quite thin and a little crunchy. That combined with the noise made for a few evenings of difficult sleep. Not the best for vacation.
