Dotted with brilliant blue hydrangeas, the backyard includes a gas grill, a large patio with a table and chairs, outdoor shower, dining table, and gas firepit with seating for guests.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The gas stove is unavailable for guest use.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This is our second time staying at this property and we would do it again in a heartbeat. Love our stay here and the home has everything we need and is a great location. Clean and accommodating.

This property was even better than expected! High end finishes throughout, comfortable beds and furniture, completely furnished kitchen. The area was quiet, beautifully kept and a 5 minute walk to a sandy beach. Three minutes drive gets you to “town” - full of shops, nice restaurants and a French bakery to die for. Highly recommend this home!!
Be aware that the double bedded room upstairs (which is gorgeous and huge) has no door, but does have an attached full bath. It was tan issue for our group, but might for couples sharing the rental.
