If you’re feeling adventurous, charter your own morning fishing boat or afternoon tour around the Vineyard Sound. The scenic Shining Sea Bikeway (1.3 miles) runs all the way from North Falmouth down to Woods Hole. The paved, level path delivers breathtaking coastal views.
After a sun-soaked day at the beach, rinse off in the privacy of the fenced outdoor shower before heading inside to unwind. Afterward, make your way inside your vacation home. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The shared grassy yard is divided by a privacy fence (which separates the two neighboring patios), and each unit features a private exterior entryway.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We stayed here last year for the marathon weekend. It is the perfect place for us. We can walk to the start of the race and visit all the restaurants and shops. Plus the beach is just down the street.

This home was clean, the decor very modern and the location was ideal. We loved being able to walk to the beach and main street.
