About this house rental
This beautifully appointed San Remo model on the golf course boasts a panoramic view of the mountains from the large patio that overlooks the golf course and a lake. It is spacious, beautifully decorated and equipped with top of the line appliances. Granite countertops, custom Travertine flooring in all main areas and expansive windows offer spectacular views.
This is an active adult community featuring 3 club houses, 4 pools, two gyms, restaurants, tennis, pickle ball, golf and more. There is a minimum stay of 30 days. During the "high season" (Jan-Apr) full months must be rented. A rental agreement is required. If you wish to take advantage of the many amenities, a $25 fee for a Resident ID is required. This is a 55+ community and requires that one of the renters be at least 55.

This our dream home in Sun City. In November, it has beautiful sun on the patio in the mornings and early afternoon . We are morning people so having our coffee outside in the sun was incredible. The house is perfect, beautiful windows, a wonderful view , it is incredibly comfortable and beautifully appointed .The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are well appointed . We both work and there was lots of room for two workstations. The owners and the property manager are very attentive and lovely. I would highly recommend this incredible home.

The community of Suncity Palm Desert is fabulous with so many activities and events. Being able to stay at Art’s wonderful property was an added bonus. Extremely well laid out floor plan with everything you need that makes you feel right at home. The kitchen is set to go if you like to cook including lots of storage space . The master suite comes with a super comfortable and adjustable king bed. Lots of closet space. Thoroughly enjoyed the back patio and BBQ that had plenty of seating and shade area. Looking forward to our return.

The house was terrific in all aspects. The location was perfect and the accommodations were great. The owner was very responsive to any issues.

Spacious house, fairly well stocked kitchen in quiet neighborhood on the golf course. Property manager very responsive and helpful. Overall very satisfied with property, but there were some maintenance issues that need to be addressed as a result of normal wear and tear. Nothing that would prevent me from recommending this property.
