Welcome to Indio Escape, an AvantStay home! This brand new renovated house features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The first floor features the main living area, dining area kitchen as well as a bedroom 5 with 1 queen size bed, and 1 full bed/trundle, and a bathroom. You have access to the relaxing backyard which includes a pool, hot tub, fire pit, corn hole set, and a built-in BBQ and many places to lounge in the sun or the shade if you prefer. Four more bedrooms including the Primary Bedroom, with en-suite and private balcony, are located on the second floor. The converted garage houses a theater with 85 inch screen, reclining theater chairs, ad bean bags. Nearby Activities: Old Town La Quinta, Certified Farmer’s Market La Quinta, Marvin’s Magic Theater, PGA West Jack Nicklaus Tournament Course, Arnold Palmer's Restaurant, Lake Cahuilla Recreation Area, La Quinta Cliffhouse Grill and Bar, Anthony Vineyards. Only a 30-minute drive from the Coachella Valley, Palm Springs is a Southern California gem. Known for its arts and culture, this town has plenty to offer for those with a creative side. Check out the multitude of unique museums, art galleries and public exhibits that line Palm Spring’s manicured streets. Home Truths: - Pool and spa heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st. - Please note that there is a crowing Rooster nearby, which may cause some disruption. - This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Pool heat is available for an additional fee and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay. - Please note: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. More information will be provided in the guest manual upon your arrival. - Indio Escape is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and peaceful enjoyment of the property and community is expected and required. No parties, no loud get-togethers, no music out side, no smoking inside or outside - As of January 2022, the City of Indio requires the reservation holder to sign an additional acknowledgment form along with providing AvantStay with a valid government ID, license plate and vehicle information, and the names of all guests in their group. AvantStay will reach out after booking to obtain this information. - Outdoor amenities cannot be used between 9pm - 8am (Sun - Thurs) or 10pm to 8am (Fri - Sat). - Amplified sound is not permitted to be heard outside the home at any time, per City of Indio regulations. - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this. - A rod iron pool fence w/gate can be requested through concierge. Request requires at least one week in advance to confirm availability with local vendor. Guests should budget approximately $850, depending on pool size and logistics. Parking Details: A maximum of 2 cars can park onsite. This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib and a high chair available. --- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / King bed Bedroom 2 / Queen bed Bedroom 3 / Queen bed Bedroom 4 / Queen bed Bedroom 5 / Two full beds --- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
