About this house rental

Due to HOA rules, this property is only available in 31+ day rentals and only to those renters who are 55 years and older. This is a lovely and spacious home that faces a park/ trail area and the view extends onto the mountains and the golf course. The open concept design of this home features a large living room with a wall mounted big screen smart TV, a large fully equipped island kitchen with slab granite counters, double ovens and a breakfast nook for 6. The tall 10 foot ceilings and 8 foot doors add to the spaciousness. The master suite is huge and overlooks the pool and the view. The master bath has two sinks, a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and a big walk-in closet. The main bath is next to the 1st guest room with a queen bed and tropical theme. The third bedroom is a sleeping quarters with bunk beds. One double, one twin. There is also an office with internet access. This neighborhood has a complete clubhouse with a gym, indoor & outdoor pools, fitness classes, 18 hole putting course, library, billiards room, tennis and pickle ball courts. These amenities are for renters 31+ days but some use through a guest card system is available first come first serve. The neighborhood has a manicured regulation golf course as well as a beautiful18 hole executive course.
