My girlfriend and I had a great time throughout our stay in Boulder. The location of the property was great being close to the CU Boulder campus. This gave us plenty of restaurant, bar, and shopping options to choose from. We even enjoyed the walking area around the property. I suggest the Lost Gulch Overlook in Boulder. Or, the Peak to Peak byway if you have the time the views are incredible. Thank you Fiona for being a great host!

The streamlined decor of this small, hotel like room says a lot about the care given to create a wonderful place to stay. We were there for 7 days and found the place to be quiet and very livable for 2 adults. Only problem was our not reading the info completely...there is no stove top! BUT, there are great places to eat nearby!!!

We were in town for parents weekend and very much enjoyed coming back to the property after all the hustle and bustle of the events at CU. We took a great hike right from our door! Even though we did not see Fiona and Susan in person, they were lighting quick with responses to questions. I would certainly stay here again and hope the property is free for our next trip out to Boulder.

We were in Boulder for a wedding and wanted a private space from all of the craziness of the family and friends staying at the hotel. This was such a cute, comfortable place, and was located close to everything. The owners were wonderful and the place was clean. I'd stay again.

The neighborhood was beautiful and the views were stunning. The suite was modern, bright, artfully designed, immaculate, spacious, private and very well-equipped. Fiona and Susan were delightful and very respectful of our privacy. We had our own parking area and entrance gate. We also enjoyed the lovely deck and yard with rock gardens and outdoor seating. There were running trails outside the door and beautiful parks within walking/running distance. Pearl Street was only a couple miles away, as were all of the wedding events we came to attend. This was our first VRBO and a wonderful experience. If/when we plan another trip to Boulder, this will be our first choice for housing.

Fiona’s property is delightful! It’s exactly as it looks in the photos, and she provides such nice touches including guides to the area. Bed is wonderfully comfortable, views are amazing and it’s very easy to get to everything around Boulder and / or to Red Rocks. Definitely would stay again and recommend this lovely space to friends and family! Amy

We were very impressed with this fresh, modern and sparkling clean location! Skylights and windows provided great natural light. We were surprised at the many “extras” made available, including sunscreen, insect spray, sanitizer and masks. Frequent walkers, runners and bicyclists made the neighborhood feel safe and welcoming. Our host was always quick to respond to our questions.

We have stayed here before when visiting family in the area. We love the location that makes it so easy to get out for hikes and cycling. We like to walk around wonderland lake in the evenings. The place is small but very nice and clean. Comfortable bed and convenient little kitchenette. We were able to pick up a few groceries and use the microwave for some simple meals. Host was easy to reach and very helpful.

Whether you’re in town for work or playing tourist, this is such a pretty, quiet spot to start or end the day. I loved eating dinner and having morning tea on the small outside patio and going for walks around Wonderland Lake Park. I wish I had more time on this side of town! Check-in, check-out, and parking are super simple, and if you’re not driving, it’s still easy to get to Boulder’s major Broadway bus line and downtown.

The Wonderland Hills property is a beautiful place that's very close to some hiking trials with stunning views of Boulder and surrounding mountains. The size was perfect for the two of us and everything was clean, working and top quality. The hostess Fiona was super helpful and friendly. There were several little details inside that were very nice expressions of her generous hospitality. My husband and I were there to perform at a music conference and appreciated that we were able to practice while we were there. I highly recommend this location if you need a somewhere to stay but want something quieter than a hotel! We hope we will have the opportunity to return some day PS (The little bunnies who "cut the grass" every morning were adorable)

The location was great - a short drive from downtown. There is a great walking/running trail right outside the front door. Although the accommodations are connected to the owners main house, I never saw or heard them. The owners left coffee and wine which was a nice surprise. The only consideration I would add is an umbrella for sun protection on the patio. I couldn’t sit out there during the day but mornings and evenings were wonderful- nice to see the northern stars.

You can't go wrong with this place. It's in a great location across the street from a walking trail. So if you want to include a walk or run with your stay, then this place has it covered. The suite was very clean and tidy. The kitchen and bathroom was amply equipped for two people. It was very cozy and comfortable all around. The private entrance and parking area were very convenient. Fiona was very responsive to any needs and also let us know in advance that she was resetting the WiFi router.

We were immediately enamored with the place, location and attention to comfort. The location was a bonus, as it is directly across the street from trails, ponds, a lake, and coffee. I cannot say enough about the overall experience, made special by the hosts. I traveled here for work, but will return for leisure, based on proximity by foot to shops, restaurants and trails. This is a hidden gem. Even the neighbors were friendly and you don't always find that with a temporary rental, just sayin'.
