High quality little hotel on outskirts of Boulder. New owners have fully renovated this hotel in quiet suburb of Boulder. Very friendly and flexible staff. + There is an excellent brew pub a couple blocks away. Highly recommended!

Dreadful…..we didn’t stay, we rebooked another hotel and left

Nothing, we didn’t stay at the property, within 20 minutes we rebooked another hotel, this was not as advertised, property is a block in the middle of a residential area, I’m not sure where the BBQ & outside seating is as the picture shows, there was some seating in the edge of the car park, it’s not near any lakes either. We couldn’t stay, rooms were terrible, small with a terribly made kitchen unit built in the room, worst hotel we’ve booked, first time I’ve ever given a bad review.

Practical - in and out

The bed and pillows were really comfortable. Having an iron and ironing board was really helpful.

Breakfast didn't have a lot of healthy options (just bananas and apples). We left the bedroom in the morning and when we came back, the room had been cleaned, but there was a pair of socks there that wasn't ours.

The hotel is not staffed 24 hours. Also no lift in the Hotel.

The Breakfast was the same everyday. There was no variety. Hence I stopped eating it after 2nd day. I wish some of it was changed or cooked on demand. Also the time provided was very less.

The cleanliness of the room was not very well done. Even after informing the rooms were not cleaned or had to ask to clean again.

IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was good, no warm eggs though...

I asked for a hotel in Boulder and this one was within a small neighborhood far from Boulder. It's a 2 story building with no snack vending machine, just ice; rooms have carpet that look dirty (well vacuum though) because they are old; AC was faulty because no Freon. We requested a change of room and we were put in the showroom which had hard vinyl and where the AC was fantastic. We considered $170 too much for what we got.

Cute, clean, quiet. Very pleasant stay!

Very quiet, staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice that it is a little out of the main Boulder area. Also has a walking trail right behind the property, and a playground for those with kids. Property is very pet friendly as well.

As far as we could find, property does not have an elevator. Only convenience issue for us but would be a major issue for anyone with mobility limitations. Possible it was just difficult to find but wasn’t mentioned by staff and we did not mind enough to track someone down to ask.

It is a real beautiful hotel in Boulder. It is located in a suburb with a nice park near by. The parking is big enough. The rooms are very spacious. I recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Boulder.

Pleasant Stay, Beautiful Setting

The location is in a beautiful setting, with a park-like atmosphere and pleasant outdoor space.

Although located in a beautiful setting, it is not that close to central Boulder. The traffic on the road going out to the main highway was insane. It took 4 red lights in order to pass through, adding 10 extra minutes to the journey.

Quiet location, walking distance to a superb restaurant / brewery, friendly staff, proper (i.e. metal and china) cutlery and crockery, friendly staff. Adjoining lovely park - ideal for picnics!

The staff here is outstanding! They were friendly, courteous, helpful! We loved the quiet setting in a residential neighborhood, adjacent to a beautiful green space we could use for walking. This is truly a hidden gem, and we will return again!

It was a bed for the night

The location was pretty, had a walking trail around a water area. Also a half mile walk through trails to Avery Brewery. Nice people at check in desk.

Bed was a little uncomfortable. No elevator to the second floor rooms(but they do have ground floor rooms). A little dated, and they were renovating as well. Not much of a breakfast choice due to renovation, I assume. Not close to anything within walking distance other than scenic Residential neighborhood and the Brewery.
