Pool and hot tub looked too dirty to use. Perhaps they need to be painted if the water had good chemical levels. No guests were using the pool room.

Beautiful stay, but don’t eat the breakfast!

The lady that checked us in was stellar. All the employees were very nice. Housekeeping was very careful and made sure the rooms were spotlessly clean.

You call that a breakfast? It was disgusting. Even the coffee was disgusting. There was no real cream to go with it. Only artificial creamers filled with chemicals were provided for the coffee. The food choices amounted to processed items. I think I got food poisoning from the fruit bowl.

Location isn't great. It's not in North Boulder, it's in Gunbarrel. Lots of construction which made it confusing to access hotel.

The manager and employees at the hotel were fantastic.

Breakfast was quite good each day, and we used that dining area in the evenings to gather and talk with our friends. The manager and every hotel employee we encountered were quite nice and helpful.

We didn't care for the giant table in the middle of the dining area, and from the lack of use it received, I'd say we weren't the only guests to feel that way.

It was overall clean and safe and that’s the most important. I am frustrated by the other issues stated above.

Our tv didn’t work. I have a hard time winding down without it. It was late when we got back from our event and I don’t want to call at that time of night. I told the desk in the morning. My side of the bed was broken. Didn’t dare sit on the edge. Dog yapping all morning in the room next door.

Friendly attentive staff, nice breakfast selections, super clean facility :)

Staff was super friendly, helpful and attentive. Facility appears relatively new and is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast featured hot choices (eggs, bacon, home fries, sausage biscuits, omlettes, etc) and varied from day to day. Breakfast food selections were kept well stocked until ending time. Oh! And because I usually have hot tea instead of coffee, it was great to find that the hot water for making tea was actually HOT and not lukewarm like at most hotels I've stayed at over the years.

The pillows were plentiful (4 per bed) but none offered any real support, so I had to keep scrunching one up to get it to feel right. They may have offered alternative pillow selections but I did not inquire.

It was fine. I would probably stay there again if I found myself in the area.

Breakfast was pretty good - nice variety and food offerings. It was also interesting to get texts from some of the front counter folks throughout the stay asking how things were going.

Hot tub wasn't working. I know that was beyond their control, but my buddy was pretty bummed about it. I also felt like the tv didn't have the best channels or navigation. We ended up just hooking up our computer to it to watch stuff.
