Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Beautiful view right on the beach. Walking distance to Pineapple Willys. The a/c was not working in parts of the building, but our unit had 2 stand alone a/c units that did a great job keeping the space cool and dry (not at all humid). The pull out mattress on the couch was kind of uncomfortable for my daughter, but a quick Walmart visit (only 5 minutes away) to purchase a cheap foam topper offered a great night's sleep for the rest of the stay. Being on the 2nd floor, we never needed to worry about the elevator for beach visits or heading to and from nearby attractions, but they were quick and roomy when we needed them for checking in and out.

Air conditioning was a big problem. Portable units were in the room when we got there. Was not informed of them. Was not able to lock the room secure because of the exhaust running out the windows and patio door. Regular unit sounded like a semi truck running in the bedroom and made sleeping difficult. We did not let this ruin our stay. But definitely would have looked somewhere else had we been notified of this. We made the best of our visit and other than the air conditioning problems the place was clean and friendly. Security did a good job and was visible at all times.

Overall not our best Panama Beach experience. The condo itself was just ok. The dishwasher practically pulled out of the cabinet when you opened it. Zero water pressure!!! It was like showering in a light drizzle. The public restroom at the pool was gross! The toilets should have been replaced a decade ago. Just not impressed.
