This condo boasts gorgeous views from every room, offering a breathtaking beachfront experience with an array of windows and stunning Gulf front views. Upon entering, the view gives you the illusion that you are on the water. The balcony boasts 180⁰ views EAST and WEST, though it mostly faces west. Another plus, our balcony chairs are tall Adirondack chairs for unobstructed views of the beach and gulf!!

Our owner managed, popular "B" unit, BEST layout and with the BEST views is rare, only 44 units in Sunbird have this layout. Your living area and bedroom are Gulf front! 1 bedroom, 1 bath updated condo is on the 8th floor of only a 12 story complex which allows for less wait times for elevators and quick access to the beach. Just a short walk from the parking lot to our entrance.

Our extremely desirable unit sleeps 4/max allowed! King size bedroom is beachfront, with lots of closet space and a 2nd sliding door opens to the balcony from the private bedroom. Additional guests can sleep on the queen sleeper sofa and/or an oversized sleeper chair. Imagine waking and getting your coffee from the coffee station, Keurig and reg coffee, stocked with K-cup coffee, tea, creamer & sugar, and going to the balcony and gazing at the ocean or looking for dolphins. Your kitchen is stocked with all the necessities, including a crock pot, blender, pizza pan, spices and condiments. The refrigerator has an ice maker. Free wifi, charging stations throughout. There are ceiling fans in the bedroom and living area. Extra blankets in the ottoman. Beach toys for little ones in the closet. We have books, games, and classic DVD movies (Look in ottoman) if you are having to stay in. New tennis/pickleball courts and shuffleboard!! Shared laundry on site, 1st floor. Looking for a place to get away, unwind , and where you can sit and listen to the waves crash? This unit is the PERFECT SPOT! This is the place to be!

This resort requires renter to be at least 25 and the 25+ yr old must stay in condo the entire time rented. Convenient KEYLESS DOOR ENTRY - no worrying about losing keys in the sand! Deadbolt in addition to the entry lock. Ring camera at front entrance only. Max occupancy 4. Parking of 1 vehicle only.

4 Beach towels, 30/can backpack cooler, Alexa for music and 4 additional beach chairs provided to put your feet in the water and enjoy. A wagon, boogie boards & stakeless sun shade. We also provide from March to Oct 31st FREE BEACH CHAIRS (2 chairs/umbrella) for ALL our guests! 3 pools, new tennis and Pickle ball courts, fitness room. and equipment. West pool is heated Nov through April.

Upon check-in, pick up your parking pass ($30. total for your stay) and armbands for pools/property ($6 each), credit card only. All ID's will be verified. Walmart is within walking distance, and we are just next door to the popular Pineapple Willy's restaurant with your very own gate code for ease of entry! Pier Park is 6 miles. Text me if you need a concierge to get your groceries before you arrive or to have something special in the room for a special occasion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1500. of accidental damage to the property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
