Location, family friendly, the maintenance man that fixed our balcony door was wonderful! He worked very hard and was very enjoyable and kept us up in what he was having to do to fix it.

There was a lot going on this year at our stay, there were baseball team staying for tournaments and they were very loud at night and their chaperones didn’t seem to care

Two dead mice near elevator that laid there for a few days until we informed the office staff, needless to say they were not helpful, kinda rude. Also, didn't understand why had to wear the armbands.

The room was beautiful, and clean. Big enough for my daughter and I to be comfortable.

The CONSTRUCTION!! It’s completely an understatement to say there’s construction at this property. It shouldn’t be rented out. It sounded like a jackhammer on the floor above us which start at 7:45AM until late afternoon. So loud we couldn’t even hear the television. Not to mention the construction workers at the window looking in. THE BALCONY IS NOT OPEN! The view was the MAIN REASON I booked the room, and they’re was no balcony to go on. I had instant regret after booking, and the money was non refundable, therefore we couldn’t change our plans to a different place. Vacasa did a terrible job. Do yourself a favor and wait for the construction to be over and this room will be a gem!
