About this house rental
Great 3bdrm/3bath townhouse and just steps to the beach with ocean view. Located on the north end of Dewey, 2nd building back from the beach. With an outdoor shower, proximity to the beach and all that Dewey has to offer, this is the beach vacation you have been waiting for! Off street parking for 3 cars. 3 decks and all amenities including CAC/DW/WD/Micro/4TV s//1DVD. 1King, 1Queen, 1Bunk + 1Single w/Trundle. Sleeps 8.
Please Note: Lease will be emailed from a local real estate company. Once they have, please correspond directly with your Agent at the phone # or email address provided with your lease or call our office directly. There is no refund for cancellation through VRBO. However, Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy of 15% penalty if we are able to re-rent your dates which is stated in the lease agreement.
Once your reservation is confirmed, further correspondence will be directly with our office and/or your agent who will reach out and email a lease providing additional, relevant information.
Tenants need to provide their own linens, towels & paper products. Ask your agent or our office for linen package options in our area.
In addition, VRBO policy is not able to collect the Dewey Beach accommodations tax of 3% This amount will be noted in your lease and is payable directly to Crowley via check, debit or credit card.
Effective Jan 1, 2025, a State Tax of 4.5% has been incorporated by the State of DE in addition to the current municipality accommodations tax of 3% in Dewey.
After Labor Day availability and rates must be confirmed with the property owner by Crowley Assoc.
