They were flexible to hold our reservation with a late arrival from the airport. Awesome pool! Close to universal studios. Parking was free!

Great location right across the street from Universal Studios. We went to Disney and it was only 16 minutes. The people at the desk were not friendly at all. One man handed me my key card didn't tell me my room number, floor or where the elevators were. Whenever you saw a staff member including managers they just looked at you never said hello not friendly or welcoming at all. The housekeeper staff on the other hand were very friendly. As for the room we had the suite so it was very roomy. The bathroom really needs updating. Whenever you pulled the pin up to take a shower it made the loudest howling noise. And the toilet was not cleaned very well.
