the room was nearly exact to the photos available. definitely a lot roomier than i was expecting as well, although the bathroom was smaller. everything was functioning perfectly and wifi/tv setup was a breeze. the front desk was the cherry on top! both of the ladies i talked to during the morning and afternoon were kind and helpful. i would definitely book here again whenever i plan on coming back to orlando :)

Staff was very nice, smiling all the time and very friendly.
Breakfast was good except same food everyday.
Room cleaning was okay, I asked them to provide extra towels one day, but it did not happen. So I did not ask them again. Another thing surprised me is they only make the beds and took the garbages out, they do not touch the used glasses around the room. It may not be a big deal but it was annoying when you enter the room after a long tiring day. Also bathroom tub was very old which made it look like dirty, my kids hesitate the use it. There were scratches and permanent stains in it.

This was an excellant stay. The only complaint I have is I feel when you book a room a parking place should go along with it. Here, not only did I have to pay extra for a place to park my car, but I had to do it by putting all my fonancial information on my phone. If I have to pay for parking, I should be able to pay in the hotel without putting this on my phone. This is the first time I have ever used my phone for paying for something and I was not happy about it. Other than this, my stay was great.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Property was clean. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Overall a very enjoyable stay.
