The location was excellent right by the Universal studios. The staff was was very friendly. The room is a really good size. I liked the kitchenette very much. As I washed my fruits etc. The bed was comfortabel, and area was quiet.
The floor in our room was a bit dirty, needed mopping, our socks were dirty walking on the tiles by the entrance bathroom area, I removed a sticky thing off the floor, not sure is left overs from Pets. Sheets/comforter didn't appear to have been changed.

My only complaint was that the bathtub/shower floor was extremely slippery. On two separate occasions I almost fell while using it, which raised safety concerns. Adding non-slip mats or strips would help prevent accidents and improve the guest experience.
