With an excellent bay-view back deck large enough to accommodate separate sunning and dining areas, this home is perfect for relaxation and leisure after eventful days exploring the city and enjoying the best beaches, shopping, and dining that Newport Peninsula has to offer. You can also launch your own stand-up paddleboards with easy access to the main harbor.

Flooded with natural light, this comfortable coastal home boasts 1620 sq. ft. with modern amenities for everyone to enjoy. Upon entering the house, you will be greeted by a spacious great room with access to the patio from the living area, which has lots of comfortable seating and a TV that you can enjoy during downtime. Dine indoors or alfresco when it's time for a delicious meal. A thoroughly modern kitchen has everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires.

All beds and bathrooms are furnished with ample premiere linens for your ultimate comfort. A double sofa bed and a futon are in the downstairs living area for extra sleeping accommodations.

Additional amenities include WiFi, cable, and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

THINGS TO KNOW
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house, like most in the area, does not have air conditioning.
This home requires a three-night minimum, 10% TOT.
The Duffy boat parked at the dock is not for guest use. Guests will be given 24-hour advanced notice when the Duffy will be used. Admission to the house by the owner is unnecessary when Duffy is in use; they use the exterior walkway to access the dock.
This home is in a quiet neighborhood and only suitable for quieter groups. The rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and parties. Deposit forfeitures and evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.
Reservations for this home will not be refunded if canceled within 60 days of arrival.
This property is managed by Vacasa Seasonals Inc. and may require a Security Deposit.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

this was incredibly clean and in such an amazing locationThey left us a gingerbread house that was so sweet.this house needs sooooo much work, it rained most of the trip, but the patio is in such disrepair and the furniture is shockingly bad.this is not a great spot for toddlers or infants but the stairs did have some netting so our son couldn’t fall through.the beds were really comfy, we all slept well, though the thin windows and doors banged all night with rain. the kitchen has absolutely nothing to cook, some pots and pans, no cookie sheet to make cookies for santa we used a cake pan. really weird sets of dishes, the oven took an hour to preheat for cookies which was wild - but if you plan to eat out the entire time the kitchen is updated enough and clean.this place has so much potential, we are also hosts and are surprised the owners don’t update things.the sliding doors and blinds are incredibly difficult to use. all in all, you get what you pay for and the location and canal is so lovely!

The positives: Great location and walkable to everything. Property looked just as pictured. Couch was nice and clean. The 'master' bed was very comfortable. The linen was comfy and soft. The towels were plush and white, like new. The negatives: I didn't realize upstairs only had one bathroom for all 3 rooms. No master shower!! My husband and I stayed there with young adults. So, we gave them the upstairs bathroom and we used the one downstairs (which had a shower also). Very inconvenient! Also, the 'master bedroom' had a pet odor. Although the place looked clean. It definitely is need of a complete remodel. It can also use a better maintenance person. You can clearly see what work was done/fixed as they did the bare minimum and even sloppy.
