The Golden Sands, located in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want without needing to leave the building complex. Enjoy the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, oceanfront volleyball, and game and exercise rooms! During the summer season, visit the beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops.
Wake up every single day to the unmistakable sound of the crashing waves at this perfect beach condo including everything you and your guests could ever need to spend a carefree and restful vacation. It features a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials plus a breakfast bar for four, a private balcony overlooking the water and beach, comfortable and inviting furniture including a new sofa and loveseat, and a large TV with cable! Central air-conditioning will keep you cool, while on-site washer/dryers offer easy convenience for your laundry needs.

The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed.
The indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers.
Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Was worried about WiFi for work but it was perfect, Location amenities 2nd to none here- pool, side beach, pickleball, amazing bar and staff, side sandwich shop and arcade along w . Amazing view of ocean, good layout, perfect space for my family of four.

This unit had everything we needed for our four night stay over the Fourth of July. weekend. Golden Sands is a great place - the only time we left the premises was to. go grocery shopping, pick up pizza, and get more firewood for our beach bonfire.

The cleaners must have missed the bathroom this time. The sink had toothpaste in it and the mirror had marks all over it. The shower really needs to be renovated you have to step up on a tray which puts your head very close to the showerhead. The garbage can in the kitchen was gross. The decor is nice in the living room and comfortable and the kitchen is nice too, but too many utensils and not enough room for storage. The beds and pillows are very hard.
