The Space:
The Golden Sands, located in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want without needing to leave the building complex. Enjoy the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, oceanfront volleyball, and game and exercise rooms! During the summer season, visit the beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops. Wake up every single day to the unmistakable sound of the crashing waves at this perfect beach condo! It has everything you and your guests could ever need to spend a carefree and restful vacation. It features a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials, central air-conditioning, a private balcony overlooking the water and tennis courts, on-site washer/dryer for your laundry needs, comfortable and inviting furniture, and a large, TV with cable.
Things to Know
The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed.
The indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers.
Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds.
Assigned Parking begins Sunday 6/6/26 through 9/11/26. In Season Check in and Parking instructions:
NO EARLY PARKING or NO EARLY CHECK-INS ***No Early Parking and space numbers are NOT the same as the unit number.
***SATURDAYS ONLY… ****Security Staff will be positioned in the parking lot to give you your parking permit and parking space number at your check in time through 8pm, after 8pm please go to the front desk in the lobby of the Golden Sands building. There is 1 parking space available and Building Policy is a strict No early parking. Vehicles may not be parked or left unattended during the move in or move out process. All vehicles must be parked in your assigned parking space or your vehicle is subject to booting or towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. Parking tags must be displayed at all times. ***No Early Parking and space numbers are NOT the same as the unit number.
***SUNDAY through FRIDAY…June 6th, 2026 through September 11th, 2026 ****Please see the front desk in the lobby of the Golden Sands for your parking permit at your check in time. Please have your check in email ready for staff. ***
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We love the golden sands because of the location and amenities and this unit is excellent. Two smart TV’s, AC pumps great, bathrooms come with shampoo/conditioner/bodywash, styled well and very clean. Unit also has two chairs that you can take to the beach which is helpful. Great for our family of four!

Golden Sands has great amenities, and within walking distance to shopping, Food Lion and Acme, dining, public library, churches, and a movie theater. Condo 302 is OK, not the most up-to-date furnishing, but nothing that would prevent you from having a great time. You can enjoy the ocean view from the balcony and the master bedroom. The second room is very dark as its window opens to the hallway. Golden Sands has two pools, one on the top floor, gym, misc courts, and other great services. I recommend this place.
