During the summer season, visit the beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops. A well-rested vacation awaits at this charming, family-friendly condo just steps away from the beach! It's well-equipped with everything you and your guests could ever need to spend an unforgettable time together. It features a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials, central air-conditioning, a private balcony with terrific views, on-site washer/dryer for your laundry needs, comfortable and inviting furniture, and TV with cable.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Complimentary building-provided WiFi is a courtesy and not guaranteed.
The indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers.
Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds.
Assigned Parking begins Sunday 6/6/26 through 9/11/26. In Season Check in and Parking instructions:
NO EARLY PARKING or NO EARLY CHECK-INS ***No Early Parking and space numbers are NOT the same as the unit number.
***SATURDAYS ONLY… ****Security Staff will be positioned in the parking lot to give you your parking permit and parking space number at your check in time through 8pm, after 8pm please go to the front desk in the lobby of the Golden Sands building. There is 1 parking space available and Building Policy is a strict No early parking. Vehicles may not be parked or left unattended during the move in or move out process. All vehicles must be parked in your assigned parking space or your vehicle is subject to booting or towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. Parking tags must be displayed at all times. ***No Early Parking and space numbers are NOT the same as the unit number.
***SUNDAY through FRIDAY…June 6th, 2026 through September 11th, 2026 ****Please see the front desk in the lobby of the Golden Sands for your parking permit at your check in time. Please have your check in email ready for staff. ***
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The view is fantastic! The home is really functional for a family coming to stay. The couches are a bit soft/worn but the king bed is super comfy. The washer and dryer are so helpful. The shower in the on suite is in need of a plumbing repair but the pressure was ok. Overall a great stay and lots of room for a family of 5 (4 adults and a baby). Enjoy!

E V E R T H I N G!!! Upon arrival we had dish detergent, laundry detergent, bathroom tissue. Towels, bath, kitchen hand towels. Comfy beds. The kitchen was fully stocked. I messn stocked w updated everything! So welcoming. Vacasa certainly has checked all the boxes. There are far to amenities to list here, but Golden Sands combined with Vacasa are by far the best place in Ocean City

Views were great! No complaints about furniture—it’s not perfect, but there’s enough seating and beds and it’s comfortable. It’s great for a vacation place! The location was great; there were places to walk to so we could eat and the grocery and liquor stores were within quick driving distance. The beach is beautiful and wide and there are tennis courts, pickle ball stuff, shuffle board, volleyball, a tiki bar, an arcade, and someone is always staffing the lobby. It seemed safe with staff everywhere.
